HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

If you'd like to upgrade your plan, please Click here to Email your Request. We will create a unique link for you that will allow you to receive credit for the services you've already paid for and move you to the next plan for upgraded and ongoing services.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

When you click through any of the above hosting options, you are directed to a secure PayPal checkout process. When you make the initial payment for hosting services, an automatic annual payment plan is setup. You are fully in control of this payment plan through PayPal and can change or cancel it at any time.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All WordPress hosting plans are run through PayPal's secure payment processor. PayPal accepts all major credit cards as well as payments directly from your bank account, whichever you prefer. I do not accept check or cash payments for hosting at this time.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES?

The hosting packages are all setup through PayPal's annual subscription payment processor. When the initial year is up, PayPal will automatically run the payment for your second year using the payment method you originally set it up with.

If for whatever reason that payment method is no longer valid, you will receive a notice from PayPal that your payment method was declined. You have a two-week grace period to update your payment method before your website goes offline per our Terms of Service.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH A DATA LIMIT?

The hosting packages have rather high limits for your websites data needs. However if your site begins to grow exponentially and begins to need higher levels of data and space, we will reach out to you to look at upgrade options that will best suit your growing online business.
